At Patliputra Pure, we are committed to delivering our premium water products efficiently and reliably to your doorstep. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines we follow to ensure a smooth transaction and delivery experience for all our customers.

Scope of Service Patliputra Pure provides water purifier systems and water purifier delivery services primarily within Patna and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside this area, please contact our customer service for availability and custom delivery options.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges We offer free delivery for orders.

Delivery Schedule Our standard delivery timeline is 48-72 hours from the time of order confirmation after KYC completion. Delivery times may extend during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays.

Tracking Your Order Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number through Whatsapp or email, which can be used to track the delivery status on our website or through our customer service.

Delivery Procedures Deliveries are made directly to the shipping address provided at the time of order. To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Ensure accurate and complete address details.

  • Provide a valid phone number for our delivery team to contact you if necessary.

  • Be available or designate someone to receive the delivery during the delivery window.
     

Missed Deliveries If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team will leave a notice and make one additional attempt to deliver. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our facility, and the customer will be contacted for further instructions.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation and Changes Customers can cancel or modify their order within 2 hours of placing it without any additional charges. Post that, cancellation or modification requests may be subject to charges depending on the status of the order.
